Since its founding, with consumer focus shifting towards aspects such as animal welfare, product traceability, quality and nutrition, STERVAT set up a quality function having identified that technical assurance would become increasingly important to our customer. As well as working to bespoke customer and industry standards, STERVAT is IFS audited and approved, BIO-Organic certified, and is able to respond to any ritual slaughter specification (Halal & Kosher).
