Roots from a butchers family, Jannick Robichon, Stervat Manager, discovered the world of meat at an early age.
In 1994, once he got his diploma in international trade, and several stays abroad, he naturally oriented his career towards the export of meat products.
Thus, he acquires a solid international culture, and develops a large professional network on all continents.
In search of new challenges, he directs his activity towards domestic and European markets, to serve a growing industrial clientele.
It was in 2015, after careful consideration, that he decided to create STERVAT to put into practice all the know-how acquired and continue to support the various partners who trust him.

Agri-food engineer, Cécile is specialized in quality for 26 years.
She began her career in a small industrial charcuterie as a quality manager; then, she joined an agri-food group, where she was able to develop other areas of expertise, such as safety and environment.
In 2017, she decided to give another direction to her career to take advantage of her years of experience within Brittany smaller companies. She seeks particularly to support them in their quality approach, whether for a quality certification project (ISO 9001, IFS, ORGANIC FOOD, etc.) or to bring rigor to their organization.
After 20 years in logistics department and in food industry, she joined Stervat team in September 2022.
She speaks French, English and Italian.
She makes sure that your goods arrive safely in goods conditions and she is at your disposal for any logistical request.
After an initial two-year professional experience in Denmark in the fruit and vegetable import sector, Yann continued his career for 17 years in Spain, where he held various positions in the agri-food industry.
In 2015, he chose to return to Brittany, his home region at heart, with his family. With nearly 30 years of experience, he joined STERVAT to support Mr. Robichon in the company's commercial development.
Trilingual (French, English, Spanish), Yann uses his skills to serve both clients and suppliers, with the aim of meeting their expectations and providing them with high-quality service.
After completing a master's degree in quality and gaining two years of experience in the agri-food quality sector, I joined the Stervat team in 2025.
I left the Alsace region for Brittany with the aim of acquiring and developing multiple skills in a supply chain and quality position.
I speak French, English and Tamil, and I also have a basic knowledge of Spanish.
My role, alongside my colleagues, is to ensure the delivery and compliance of your goods.

After studying International Business, Rejwan began her professional career in 1995.
Most of her professional experience has been in the agri-food sector, working for French companies, with in-depth knowledge of international trade and negotiation in poultry and beef meat.
She has a strong background in multi-cultural exchange and knowledge of different countries, particularly in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
As well as French, she speaks fluent English, Arabic and Russian.
New challenge in June 2023 by becoming independent. Rejwan works closely with STERVAT's team as a freelance - specialist & business partner, particularly in poultry meat.

Apprenticeship is a win-win. The team transmits its know-how to the student and brings him novelty and more modern ways of doing things.
Stervat has understood this and has been welcoming interns or work-study students throughout the year for several years.
Our team has had the pleasure of welcoming Baptiste in recent months to finalize our IFS-Broker certification.
